Ziacpay – Employee Self Service is an
web enabled application of Ziacpay Version 2.0 which gives access to employees to view details
of their leave, loans, PF Accumulations, pay slips, Income Tax calculations, Form 16 and self
declaration of their savings, other income, other deductions, rental paid details required
for Income Tax calculations. Ziacpay ESS is accessible to employees from their desktop using
an Internet browser. This does not require installation of client software on individual PCs.
The users will have a personal login security providing access to their specific information only.
Login Security
The Ziacpay Administrator will have
the rights to assign access options to the employees. The employee logs into the application
with employee code as the login id and default password assigned by the Ziacpay Administrator.
The Employee can change his/her password for future logins.
The soft QWERTY keyboard is being displayed such that the software can be used on a touch screen / kiosk system.
Employee Profile
The logged in employee will have an option
to view his/her personal details like Address, Telephone & Fax Numbers, DOB, Father’s Name,
Height, Blood Group etc. Employees can change the Login Passwords, Telephone & Fax Numbers,
and Address etc.
The System Administrator of the Software can give access rights to the Employee to modify
certain personal information such as the Employee present address, Telephone numbers, Fax etc.
The Employee Date of Birth, Blood Group will be disabled for modification as modifications
for this requires permission from the Human Resources Department.
Leave Balances
The logged in employee will have an
option to view his/her current year leave details, the opening balances, leaves used, leaves
earned, leaves en-cashed and closing balances.
Payslips
The logged in employee will have access
to view his/her pay slips generated till date. The employee needs to select the month and
year of the pay slip to be viewed, print option for the payslip displayed will be available
to the employee. The pay slip format will display YTD salary drawn.
Income-Tax Calculator
The logged in employee can generate
his/her Income Tax calculation report for the current year. The Income Tax will be
calculated based on his/her current salary, income tax slabs and savings, rent paid, other
income / deductions declared by the employee. This helps the employee to better manage out
his savings to reduce the income tax deductions.
Login Audit
A log file of the logged in person,
date & time will be recorded for security reasons. The last logged in details will also
appear on the screen upon login by the employee.
